Winter at the Broadwater Tourist Park on the Gold Coast is a hidden waterfront gem waiting to be discovered. While many associate the Gold Coast with summer fun, winter offers a unique and cooler experience that’s just as enjoyable, without the crowds.


With incredible sunsets, sunrises, in-park events, and the friendliest group of guests Winter is an amazing time to enjoy a stay at the Broadwater Tourist Park.

At Broadwater in Winter, we try to make it feel like your second home. We love to host these fun events for every guest to come along, make some friends, get to know your neighbours, get to know us, and make some beautiful winter memories.

What's On This Winter at Broadwater:

Pancake Breakfasts

A staple when it comes to winter here at Broadwater, one day every other week guests indulge in piping hot pancakes loaded with your choice of ice cream, maple, chocolate, or caramel toppings, butter, sugar, and lemons. Something that every guest remembers Broadwater by is our delicious secret recipe Broadwater Pancakes. If you plan to stay during the QLD June/July school holidays you will get the opportunity to taste and really understand what makes them so good.

Sausage Sizzles

We’re flipping sausages on the barbie every few weeks at Broadwater Tourist Park. It is a great opportunity to catch up with your Broadwater mates and enjoy a classic freshly cooked hot snag with onion and sauces to warm you up this winter.

Broadwater Bingo with Brooke

Test your luck every week for just $2! Play a great game of fun Bingo in our recreation room each week with guests' favorite Bingo Caller... Brooke! Bring a bag or trolley to take your Chocolate, Lollies, and Goodies winnings.


Fundraising Events

At Broadwater, we will be hosting various events and creating initiatives to raise funds for some incredible charities doing great things for research, support and ones that many people have been affected by or can support.

This winter we will be holding events to fundraise for 3 incredible charities:

- Cancer Council

- National Breast Cancer Foundation

- Dementia Australia

Join us for our enjoyable fundraising events throughout winter!

Don't forget to throw your cans and Bottles into our 10c recycling bins, All money raised through this initiative and your cans/bottles is donated to the Leukemia Foundation

Xmas In July

Mark your calendars for a winter wonderland at Broadwater Tourist Park as we host our annual festive Xmas in July Luncheon on July 25th for $25! Last year we hosted over 115 incredible guests and look forward to holding another successful luncheon this July, Register and Pay in Reception.
