As it starts to warm up and the days are getting longer, we welcome you back to the golden shores of the Gold Coast for all the fun and adventure it has to offer! See you soon...
With the start of Spring comes new life and here on the Gold Coast we start gearing up for the September School Holidays and welcoming you all back to enjoy the sun, sea and surf, that we have here at Burleigh Heads. In between the action down on the beach we invite you to join us for an exciting calendar of events in the park.
To start us off this year, we will be running a Colouring in and Chalk Art competition throughout the holidays. The park staff will be coming round to take photos of all your chalk art creations to present, along with all your pictures, in our reception gallery. Prizes are up for grabs, so let's see your creative side! We also have craft sessions to get your artistic juices flowing, along with, an interesting afternoon of learning about our native bee's that live in our garden!
The Burleigh Sprouts Gardening session is back, so come and get your hands dirty in our Eco Garden where you can take your plants home and watch them grow. We will also be holding our popular air brush tattoo sessions so make sure you come along and try it out.
Join in with our famous Colour Run and enjoy getting messy without Mum and Dad telling you off! Remember to wear an old t-shirt, we recommend white to get the best affect.
To get you moving these holidays we have our Cricket Competition and Five 'a' Side Footy games. We also want to see your moves on the dance floor at our Friday Night Disco. Our beloved Cup Cake decoration sessions will be happening again, so join us for some sweet treats, just remember to sign up at reception so you don't miss out. Bring your camp chairs down to the lawn to enjoy our sausage sizzle or join us with a snuggly blanket for our movie night and don't forget to bring the popcorn.
To finish off the holidays this year, we will be showing the AFL Grand Final at the recreation room. Come down and join in the atmosphere. We will also be firing up the BBQ for some gourmet sausages so make sure you don't miss out!

We can't wait to have you all back these school holidays, so just remember, we will take care of the entertainment, all you have to do is the packing. Wish you were here!
