Council of the City of Gold Coast collects personal information for the purposes of providing customer service at its tourist parks. Council complies with the Right to Information - Information Privacy Act 2009 when dealing with all personal information provided. Any personal information you supply in making a booking request, responding to a customer survey or signing up to our newsletter will only be accessed and used solely for the purposes for which it has been provided. Your information will not be given to any other person or agency unless you have given us permission or we are required by law. You can ask us to correct any errors or make amendments to personal information we have about you, subject to you providing City of Gold Coast with evidence of identity.
We do not collect personal information about you if you are only browsing this website.

The Queensland Government's Information Privacy Act 2009 was enacted in June 2009, with a compliance date of July 2010 applied to Queensland local government.
