Main Beach Newsletter - November 2020

What's new this month...

More easing of COVID-19 restrictions has been great for us here on The Goldie! Bars, restaurants and nightclubs are pretty much back to their normal operations and the park itself is also back to normal, albeit some social distancing protocols and a whole bunch of sanitising to keep everyone safe, healthy and happy! With Christmas around the corner it's great to have that festive buzz back in the air!

Tammy and Derrin have now reached their 1st year milestone as Contract Park Managers and we now welcome the lovely Lisa and Kev (don't call him Kevin!) onboard as Resident Managers. The new team has settled in just beautifully as we begin our 2nd year. Feel free to have a chat to any of the team - whether it's to give us feedback or just say Hi, we are all here to make your holiday the best it can possibly be!

The Main Beach Tourist Park Community Garden![/btx_image]Our Community Garden has had it's Spring refresh and it's looking great! Currently it's full of various herbs, bunches of tomatoes and even some corn, some of which was planted by guests earlier this year! This garden is for all guests of the park so come and help yourselves to some fresh ingredients. And, if you love to have a dabble in the garden, feel free to dig, plant, trim and water to your hearts content!

Speaking of festive buzz, keep an eye on the What's On calendar and the Park Blog for all of our upcoming Christmas plans. There is plenty in store for everyone! And for those that like to have a good ol' Christmas Carol sing-a-long, this years' Mayor's Christmas Carols will be a virtual event! Definitely a sign of the times but it just shows that nothing can get in the way of the human spirit and spreading much needed cheer. The Mayor's Christmas Carols will be held on 5th December.
